All products, including back orders, will be charged at the price prevailing at the time the order was placed.

Our terms are net thirty (30) days. Payment by cash, cheque, credit card or direct deposit.

All deliveries (excluding substrates) within Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide metropolitan areas incur a $37.50 delivery charge. An on forwarding charge will apply for deliveries outside the metropolitan areas.
All flat sheet substrates incur a $70 delivery charge in metropolitan areas. Outside metropolitan areas, the applicable rate will be charged.
Our De-Track app is available for all account customers to trace all their metropolitan deliveries in real time and with photographs of completed deliveries.
Please consult your account manager or our customer service teams for further information on how to best utilise this service.
Local orders for metropolitan delivery, placed before 4pm, will be dispatched and delivered the following day within metropolitan areas. For meterage and conversions please consult our customer service team for pick up or delivery, and we will endeavour to accommodate your needs wherever possible.
Interstate orders placed by 2pm (AEST) will be dispatched the same day and delivered ex-Sydney:
Melbourne and Brisbane 2 working days
Adelaide 2 working days
Perth 5 working days
We offer a full custom sheeting, slitting and cut to size to your requirements. Please consult your local customer service representative for prices and conversion times.
NB: Splices (joins) HVG and their suppliers endeavour wherever possible to provide splice free rolls. However this is not always possible, and where splices do occur, they will be flagged to help identification.
CLAIMS & REFUNDS
1. No returns will be accepted or made on cut size sheets or meterage orders.
2. Goods for return must be authorised and a “Goods Return Authorisation Number” must be obtained prior to us accepting return.
When receiving deliveries, make certain that all packages are in good condition before signing for them. Claims for faulty material must be made in writing within seven (7) days of the date of invoice.
A restocking fee of $50.00 or 20% of invoice value (whichever is higher) will apply on any stock that is returned to us (subject to our agreement to do so).
We recognise our responsibilities to the land on which we work, our environment, and for ourselves and for future generations.
We are working ensure that where possible, we are providing sustainably-minded business solutions.
We are endeavouring, with support from our suppliers, to use packaging made of recycled material.
Similarly, our Account Managers can organise pick up of pallets and undamaged packaging materials to recycle for local use.
