A 10% discount is available ONLY on the first web order and exclusively for web orders. Orders placed through an account manager or customer sales representative are not eligible for this discount.
Any web orders amended by a customer sales representative or account manager will forfeit the online discount.
Application of the 10% Discount:
The 10% discount applies only to the first online order submitted via the website.
The maximum discount is capped at $500 per transaction.
Customers who placed an online order prior to the discount launch on June 27, 2024, are not eligible for the 10% discount.
For orders exceeding $5,000, the discount applies to the first $5,000, resulting in a maximum discount of $500. The remaining amount will be charged at full price.
Ongoing Discount:
A 2.5% discount applies to all subsequent online orders, with the discount capped at $500 per transaction; while promotion lasts.
Exclusions:
No discounts are applicable to clearance stock.
If a customer’s first online order consists solely of clearance stock, the 10% discount will not apply, and it will not be carried over to the next purchase.
Duration of Discounts:
Online discounts are not permanent and may be subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of the company.
Customer Eligibility:
Online discounts are available only to customers who are account holders, have a unique account number with us, and are assigned an account manager.
