Discount Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility for Discounts:
   • A 10% discount is available ONLY on the first web order and exclusively for web orders. Orders placed through an account manager or customer sales representative are not eligible for this discount.
   • Any web orders amended by a customer sales representative or account manager will forfeit the online discount.
2. Application of the 10% Discount:
   • The 10% discount applies only to the first online order submitted via the website.
   • The maximum discount is capped at $500 per transaction.
   • Customers who placed an online order prior to the discount launch on June 27, 2024, are not eligible for the 10% discount.
   • For orders exceeding $5,000, the discount applies to the first $5,000, resulting in a maximum discount of $500. The remaining amount will be charged at full price.
3. Ongoing Discount:
   • A 2.5% discount applies to all subsequent online orders, with the discount capped at $500 per transaction; while promotion lasts.
4. Exclusions:
   • No discounts are applicable to clearance stock.
   • If a customer’s first online order consists solely of clearance stock, the 10% discount will not apply, and it will not be carried over to the next purchase.
5. Duration of Discounts:
   • Online discounts are not permanent and may be subject to change or discontinuation at the discretion of the company.
6. Customer Eligibility:
   • Online discounts are available only to customers who are account holders, have a unique account number with us, and are assigned an account manager.
