HVG Company Profile
The HVG group of companies are privately owned Australian businesses that import and distribute building façade products, engineered stone, graphics media, performance fabrics, and decorative building products.
HVG also manufacture melamine panels and cabinet doors. Formed in 1988 and with a history that dates back to the 1950s, HVG has gone from strength to strength over the years and sustained continued growth in size and scope to handle new products and services. In 2021 HVG expanded its Melbourne warehouse by 4,200m2 and acquired the business of Wilsonart Australia.
HVG distributes a vast selection of products across multiple sectors including residential, commercial and industrial construction, caravan manufacturing, agriculture, print, exhibition and display industries.
HVG comprises more than 230 staff located over 40,000 square metres of factory, warehouse and office space in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Adelaide and Perth.
HVG Façades
HVG Facades is an Australian-owned market leading supplier of premium external wall cladding systems for the construction industry.
As a strong and successful business with a history dating back more than 50 years, HVG Facades is a dedicated facade products supplier of trusted brands including MondoClad®, ZINTL®, ALUCOBOND PLUS® and Swisspearl®. HVG Facades’ products are used across a diverse range of exterior cladding for new builds, or remedial and recladding applications. Our highly experienced team are there to support the ideas and aspirations of architects, property developers, designers, and builders at every stage of the process.

HVG Manufacturing
HVG Manufacturing is a manufacturer of Low Pressure Melamine (LPM) panels and cabinet doors.
Acquired by HVG in December 2021, the business was formerly Wilsonart Australia and manufactures product that is distributed by HVG Decorative Building Products, as well as a growing direct wholesale manufacturing capability. With state-of-the-art equipment and quality manufacturing processes, HVG Manufacturing is set to become a major
part of the total group in the years ahead.
