3M™ Scotch-Weld DP8405 NS Acrylic Green Liquid Adhesive

3M Scotch-Weld Acrylic Adhesive DP8405NS is a non-sag, tough, two-part acrylic adhesive with a 10:1 mix which provides improved adhesion to many plastics and metals, including those with slightly oily surfaces. This flowable liquid adhesive features a 5 minute work life to allow time to position substrates prior to adhesion although the cure length can be accelerated with heat. Once fully cured, this adhesive will reach 1,000 psi (7 MPa) of overlap shear strength in approximately 19 minutes. Recommended Applications include sign manufacturing such as panel to frame bonding, trim attachment, letter bonding, and frame assembly. When using a Duo-Pak (DP) size adhesive, rely on 3M dispensing equipment for convenient and accurate metering, mixing and dispensing. Sold in multiples of 12 only.
