M1-506D Router Bit

M1-506D is a 5mm tipped downcut single flute router bit with a 6mm shank to fit most common router spindles. The bit is suitable for cutting rigid metallised substrates up to 6mm thick in particular with laminated or printed imagery on the top layer. The downcut spiral moves cutting waste downwards, away from the printed / laminated layer, reducing or avoiding damage to that layer. Suitable for cutting up to 6mm thick aluminum, ACM and similar materials.
