XS-1309 V-Groove Flat-tip Router Bit

XS-1309V is a double fluted, 90 degree angle v-groove router bit with a durable cardbide cutting tip which is slightly flattened. The shape of this bit creates a v-shaped channel with a flat floor in material, allowing it to be bent back on itself. Especially useful for bulky materials which may pucker if v-grooved without the flat floor in the channel. Featuring a 6mm shank and 12mm cutting diameter, XS-1309 is suitable for v-grooving ACM, composite foam based materials as well as hard plastics and foam PVC to a maximum depth of 9mm.
